So long story short, I’ve been unemployed for about 6 months now, but I just got an offer yesterday from a lab!!! I have to complete all the pre-employment paperwork, and do a drug screen, but I’m so excited!(if you couldn’t already tell)

So what does this mean for Out Of My Mind? Well, unfortunately it means less posting, because I’ll be y’know, working. Fear not! I will still be on my original schedule of once a week, although it’ll probably be more like once a day. This also means I won’t be as active on my social media accounts. Which if you didn’t know, are all linked at the bottom of the page, in the footer…no, lower…THE BOTTOM, jk. Seriously though, follow me on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, I think that’s all of em, probably. I don’t know if 1. I’ll have time to be on my phone, and 2. If the building has WiFi for the employees, I mean I hope so, it’s 2019 dammit!

So what this means, summarized all nicely, is that I won’t be able to chat with you all like I am right now. I won’t be able to offer a warm listen to anybody who needs it, because well, like I said, I might not be around as much. I’m still going to be doing all these social things, just not as much, probably.

Super excited that I finally get to go back to work, and make some money. My bills have been a constant source of stress for me over the past 6 months, so to finally have that weight off my shoulders, should allow me to revel in my new found happiness. Also, I am planning on going back to college, sometime in the next few years, to finish my bachelors degree. That’ll be a right ‘ole smack in the face to my depression. Since a hospitalization is was interrupted my education to begin with. So I really just wanted to gloat a little bit, but not in an overbearing way (I hope) about my new job. I wanted to let you all know what’s going on in my life, and I also wanted to let you know I love each and every one of you!
